Bravus Iberian Partners consolidates its expansion in Spain with a focus on Málaga and 16 ongoing projects

Bravus Iberian Partners has positioned itself as a new player in the Spanish real estate sector with a differentiated business model: it does not operate as a traditional developer, but as a development manager that supports investors in the execution of value-added real estate projects.

According to its CEO, Alexander Eriksson, the company was created to meet the needs of investors — institutional, family offices or private individuals — who want to participate in real estate development without having in-house technical teams or specialized expertise.

“We are a development manager that partners with financial investors who want to enter value-added real estate investments.”

Bravus Iberian Partners currently manages 16 projects in Spain, with a total investment of approximately €150 million. Of these, 11 are residential developments in the Community of Madrid, 4 are related to the Flex Living segment between Madrid and Málaga, and one corresponds to the healthcare sector in Albacete.

The company operates in Madrid, Andalusia, and Castilla-La Mancha, and continues to evaluate new investment opportunities with the aim of expanding its project portfolio before the end of the year.

One of its main strategic growth areas is Málaga and the Costa del Sol, a market the company considers a priority due to its economic dynamism, quality of life, and technological growth. However, Eriksson acknowledges that pricing pressure requires a particularly selective approach.

In this context, Bravus has already secured two operations in the province: the conversion of an office building in western Málaga into a Flex Living project of approximately 56 units, and a boutique development near María Zambrano station with 11 planned units.

The company plans to further expand its presence in the province, exploring both residential projects and new opportunities in Flex Living and the healthcare sector, in line with the evolving housing demand in the region.

For Bravus Iberian Partners, Málaga represents a market in full transformation, driven by tourism, international talent attraction, and the growth of its technology ecosystem. This context, according to the company, opens up a wide range of opportunities for developing new housing models adapted to current needs.
