We begin with the SOURCING phase, where we define search profiles aligned with investment objectives and analyze the market to identify assets and opportunities with high value growth potential. This stage is essential to build a solid foundation for the entire project.

Next, we develop the BUSINESS PLAN, a key phase where we provide specialized legal and urban planning advisory, build detailed financial models, and design feasibility plans to assess profitability and minimize risk. The ACQUISITION phase covers the entire purchasing process, including negotiation, execution of sale agreements, comprehensive due diligence, and the structuring of the most suitable financing for each transaction. Our goal is to optimize acquisition terms while ensuring legal and financial security.

Once the asset is acquired, we move into PROJECT MANAGEMENT, where we oversee the full development process. This includes obtaining permits, coordinating tendering and contracting processes, managing construction, controlling costs, and supervising delivery. We also handle finishes, final inspections (snagging), and after-sales service, ensuring the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.

Finally, we execute the COMMERCIALIZATION phase, designing and implementing effective sales strategies.
